Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and select international destinations. If your location isn’t supported yet, stay tuned — the chaos is spreading.
Processing Time:
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
(Yeah, we know — not Amazon fast. But good things take time, and your A.S.S. gear is worth it.)
Shipping Times (after production):

USA: 3–5 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days (depending on country & customs)
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and weight. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Missing or Delayed Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us at support@asscousa.com. We’ll work with our print partners to figure it out.

Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
Returns & Exchanges:
We don’t offer returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size — everything is made to order. If there’s a quality issue, hit us up within 7 days of receiving the item and we’ll make it right.
