How do I return or exchange an item?

Exchanges Only – No Returns

Because all A.S.S. Co. products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong size

Damaged items

Misprints

Lost shipments

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@asscousa.com. For damaged or defective items, include clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

How long does shipping take?

Each A.S.S. Co. item is made-to-order, meaning we print and produce your gear just for you.

Production time: 2–7 business days (usually faster).

Shipping time: 3–5 business days for U.S. orders.

Most orders arrive in about 7 to 12 business days total.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - But only to specific countries.

Because we start making your product as soon as your order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout.
